Q.

I bymistake fed my 1.5months baby girl the milk which i have pumped 5hrs ago Plz tell there is no need to worry??

A. F If it was in refrigerator and then you fed it now after hitting it then it is perfectly fine but if it was a room temperature then it would have curdled by now I think your child may have an infection because of that so as of now I would let the night passed you just monitor your child and consult your paediatrician tomorrow
