I bought rosemary and bergamot essential oil for hair growth. being a lactating mum of a 2 year old, I am told that these essential oils should be avoided. what are the side effects on my toddler if I use? what is your opinion- can I use it with a carrier oil or not? thanks.

Hello ma’am See your child is already two years old and since you are not exclusively breastfeeding the baby then there is no issue about the same you can use these oils into your head on a regular basis because when you exclusively best for the baby till those times certain things are advised not to be used but as of now you can use it completely
