I am working so I want to start food to my 5 months old baby...What can I give him in starting??Plz tell..

ExpertDR MINAL ACHARYANutritionist5 years agoA. Dear mum, you can continue to breastfeed your child even if you are working. Breastfeed baby before going to work and after coming back from work. While at work, baby should be fed with expressed breast milk using katori and spoon. Breast milk stays good at room temperature for 6 hours and in the chiller section of refrigerator for 24 hours. Introduce top food after 6 months.

Its Find that you are working but that does not mean that you can start with food one month prior to the correct age you continue breastfeeding your child and if you are not available to breastfeed your child then you can introduce formula feeding to the child
