I am using Vitamin D3 drops Meyer vitabiotics brand for 2months old baby.Is this good or not?

Dr Priya BhardwajMom of 2 children6 years agoA. Hey mommy, First of all we need to understand the use of Vit D3 drops. Vit D helps in absorption of calcium and calcium in turn helps in strengthening the bones.. It is given to breastfeed baby because breast milk usually has low level of vit D. Our body can prepare Vit D in presence of sunlight. therefore sunlight exposure is also required for babies.. specially the early morning sunlight for 10- 15 mins. As far as brand concern, you can use vit D drops from any good brand.

Sowmya MMom of a 12 yr 1 m old girl6 years agoA. hi actually no self medication is recommended at all rather than using supplements I would like to suggest you to just completely breastfeed your baby as a breastfeeding mother take a good healthy food intake and feed a baby because it comes in the form of breastmilk to yourvbaby
