i am using herbalife dinoshake to my 5 years kid,is it safe to use to my kid

you can give herbolife suppliments. it is basically protien suppliment with less added sugar .
Also give well balance diet including all food group like fats, protien, carbohydrates, vitamin, minerals.
get be all seasonal fruits and vegetables.
