I am traveling with my 2 n half months old baby. Her poop was very little and green in colour which we have noticed for the first tym. Is there anything to worry??

No nothing to worry.
Green colour stool is normal in babies. This is due imbalance between fore milk and Hind milk in breast feed babies.
Exclusive breastfeed ur baby till six months. Take care
