I am suffering from pcod had my ultrasound check up a week before and according to my report had follicles of size 6 mm. So are there chances that an egg will be released?

Pcos is a hormonal issue which leads to difficulty in getting pregnant but it is not impossible ..
With right diet and excercise u can easily overcome this problem
Reduce the intake of processed foods, fried food, sugar, sweets and sugary drinks, namkeen, bakery products , dairy products
Have flaxseeds 2 tsp everyday
Have methiwater in the morning
Increase the intake of vegetables pulses, eggs, beans like rajma chola chana sprouts, oats, quinoa in the diet
Workout for 45 to 60 mins daily

I suggest you please consult with your gynecologist about this matter because physical examination is important for proper dignosise and treatment
