I am suffering from gestational diabetes so can I have jaggery??

Dr Sameer awadhiyaFather of a 12 yr 9 m old boy7 years agoA. if you are having gestational diabetes then it is better avoid taking sweets and high carbohydrate diet because that may be harmful for the foetus and try to maintain the blood sugar level in the normal range
