A. Your best options are raw seasonal fruits and vegetables. Eat a salad every day, if possible twice a day. Eat at least two whole fruits Per day. The best solution for constipation is increasing your water intake. To ensure all of this works the right way, you also need physical activity, so go for a 30 minute walk or jog every single day.

A. Honey..dates with milk...add tomato in meal.. you have to ensure that you are drinking sufficient water throughout the day which helps in smooth stool passage..... fennel seed also help ... You can also try warm water and lemon which is an excellent home remedy to aid digestion.  Yoghurt can do wonders and one way it helps to treat constipation ..allow passage of the bowels easily.

A. to get relief from constipation, take a lot of fibre rich foods and healthy fluids... you should take buttermilk, banana, pears, prunes, papaya, oats, brown rice, whole wheat chapatti or pasta, dark green leafy vegetables, beans, warm soups, plums, peaches, spinach, peas, broccoli, sweet potatoes, carrot, spinach, chikoo, jaggery, etc... Drink a lot of healthy fluid upto 2.5-3 litres a day... limit the quantity of milk and other dairy products as they can also cause the constipation... better to avoid it till you get cured... you should also include hing and ajwain in your diet... also involve in some physical activity like walking etc...
