I am suffering from constipation after delivery and sometimes my blood also comes out what are the suggestions for stopping constipation

Are you sure it is just because of constipation because sometimes the issue of haemorrhoids and as well as fishers so that can also lead the similar kind of problem I would advise you to have a check up with your doctor in the meanwhile in your diet include more of warm water fibres and papaya specially
