My doctor also said that the fibroid will be removed at the time of the C-section but she didn't remove it as there would be more blood loss. It is removed through myomectomy surgery after three years. pls consult a doctor and see if it is removed at the time of C-section only.

But I can just advice you should be in touch with a nearby doctor gynaecologist as well. Since you are in some other state and planning to guve birth there only.
