I am seven month pregnant, I am feeling chest pain (left side only nearby heart) since three days mostly on laying down. what should I do.

Eat a well balanced, healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all day. Be physically active as much as possible. Consult your doctor for further guidance in this matter.
