Q.

I am planning to travel from Coimbatore to Chennai this month and baby is 5 months old.Is it safe to travel without taking flu vaccine.I am planning to travel in train.Please suggest #Vaccination

A. it's better to give this vaccine Influenza vaccine or the flu vaccine is basically a vaccine which protects against different strains of flu viruses including swine Flu virus which causes symptoms specially in children because of less immunity. Though it is not a mandatory vaccine but it should be given to every child to protect against different flu infection which is very common every year . this vaccine is given after 6 months of age and initially two doses are given one month apart then every year single dose is required . It is not documented but still studies suggest that to some extent it may give partial protection against covid infection .

A. Yes it is completely safe and if you have an option I will suggest to travel first class that is going to be much better for you to travel with your small child and a few travelling with somebody then if you get lucky you’ll get over please where there will be only two seats so if you want to travel with such a small child the first class
