I am on ebf. Last week I got fever and currently I am doing well. but since the time I got fever my nipples are paining even if I touch them. no cracks and infection indentified.

A. do cold fomentation os breast enforcement os not their, to numb pain, give a good latch tk ur baby while feeding, if no improve, it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management.
