I am now 30 weeks pregnant. I was told that the baby has fluid in his kidneys. Should I be worried?

A. It can be an issue of course I would not say it’s not it can be an issue of course you should be concerned about it further I’m just going to recommend you to crosscheck with your doctor as per the situation and what is meant to be done
