Q.

i am not giving any porridge for 1 year 1 month old baby.....i am giving our regular food like curry biriyani roti.....any problem?

A. No problem at all and rather it’s good if you have started giving all family foods to the baby so continue giving it as after one year of age you can introduce all family foods to the baby

A. good morning there is absolutely no problem it is good that you are given normal family foods to a child but I would recommend you to try to give whole grain porridge to your baby this will be very useful for the development of the child
