i am not getting sufficient milk to feed my 3 months baby. i use to get good amount of milk for 2 months. it's reducing day by day. i am using lactare tablets from a week. But dint find any improvement. so should I try continuing the medicine or stop them.

A. you should not take any stress you should take sufficient amount of fluid specially milk and water is important take care of having some lactonic granules that will be helpful for you to improve the milk
