Q.

I am not feeding mother my baby is 1year old he is drinking 2 liter of milk per day is it normal ?.....n giving 3 times food per day

A. it's on higher side give 1 litre every day Take a well balanced nutritious diet add dry fruits powder in the diet add more fruits and vegetables in the diet maintain hygiene in the area

A. Hello dear parent! Limit the total dairy intake to maximum of 500ml per day. Rest of the nutrition should come from healthy solids. Serve your child healthy foods in cute Babyhug stainless steel bowls and plates to encourage eating healthy. Good luck and take care.
