I am not able to sleep properly from the past three days after feeding my baby at night what to do?

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl2 years agoA. hi you mean to say your are feeling pain or irritation after breastfeeding? if yes then better to consult your gynecologist for once please wear loose fitting Cotton clothes keep your self well hydrated drink cup of warm milk before sleep time which help in better sleep
