Q.
I am not able to produce enough breasf milk so I am supplementing my feed with the top feed. can mixing ( first my breast feed and then top feed) lead to gas for the baby?

No Whatever you are giving is fine Gas is generally with kids it can happen with breastfeeding also so need not worry about it continue feeding in the same manner if you are not having sufficient amount of breast feed because a lot of people prefer feeding their kids in the same manner like you are
