I am mother of a 3 year old baby .my age is 31 year.why my upper head is paining while sleeping on other side of head

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy1 Year agoA. you can take tablet paracetamol 650 mg for pain as well as for headache paracetamol can be taken maximum four times per day and it has to be taken after some amount of food the pain or fever doesn't resolve then it is advisable that you should visit the doctor.

Look without an assessment we cannot give you any kind of a reason behind it sometimes it could be due to improper sleep sometimes it could be due to migraine but till the time we do not get it checked with your doctor you cannot be sure about what could probably be the reason behind it
