Q.

I am mother of 6 month old. it was a normal delivery. I m suffering from backache and leg pain specially below ankle. shall I take vitamin D3 capsule. I just saw Healthcart vitamin D3 capsule 2000iu. shall I consume it daily? what else i should do? please give ur valuable suggestions. TIA

A. Your doctor might’ve suggested calcium with vitamin D medications and you are supposed to take that. The body pains in the back it comes due to hormonal changes and use pillows while sleeping and sitting to support your backWrite Your Answer Here
