I am mother of 4months old baby my nipples are very soring after every feed reasons and remedies

Apply to nipples after breast-feeding. and remove or gentally wipe with soft cotton cloth and removed before nursing your baby.
Use Nipple shields to protect sore nipples during feedings.

It is quite normal while being a breastfeeding mother. And in such case you just have to apply coconut oil after every feed it will help to keep your nipples cure. And you have to clean your nipples properly before feeding your baby. Otherwise you can go for Babyhug nipple shields after using it you can continue feeding your baby
