Red Colour Rash over the body if present could be some allergy rashes which may be of sudden onset along with itching. or it could be viral exanthematous rash where the the onset of rashes is there along with fever or assosiated symptoms. and it could be some infection also which needs proper examination. Application of calamine lotion or Anti itch lotion like Ritch lotion can be done for soothing along with antiallergic medications initiallyr.f

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 6 m old girl3 years agoA. नमस्ते यह भोजन की प्रतिक्रिया या पसीने या गर्मी या संक्रमण के कारण हो सकता है। इसलिए, कृपया अभी के लिए प्रोसेस्ड ऑयली मसालेदार भोजन और खट्टे फल देने से बचें। अपने बच्चे को अच्छी तरह से हाइड्रेटेड रखें। अपने बच्चे के लिए ढीले-ढाले सूती कपड़े चुनें। दिन में दो बार स्नान डे। इस पर बेबी soothing कैलामाइन लोशन लगाएं या नारियल तेल की पतली परत लगाएं।
