Q.

i am mother of 2.15 month old girl.i was spoting periods regularly.but since yesterday looks my periods are back as befor pregnancy.i m completly on breastfeeding.is this ok

A. Yes it’s alright if they are back. But they may not be regular. In such a case you have to keep using contraception until they become regular to avoid accidental pregnancy

A. Breast-feeding keeps these hormone levels high, so the longer you nurse, the more likely you will experience a light period, or no period at all. On the flip side, as you wean your baby off of breast milk, your periods will likely return relatively quickly.
