Q.
I am mother of 18th months old boy. he doesn't start having enough quantity of food and also he is not having any timetable as well.. no sleep or eating time pattern. I want him to take atleast 4 meals a day. what quantity would be enough for this age?

do not force feed
let child eat along with the family to learn by observation
give all family foods
