i am mother of 10month old twin babys ,from babys 3rd month time onwards i am using galact for breakmilk improvement,is it safe to continue further until the time of feeding

Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated while breastfeeding your baby. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil.

You can continue with that if you want to but I would suggest to introduce another milk as well today Chai because every been taking it for almost 7 months sunao so it’s better to introduce and other lives when you decide to quit also it would be easier for you to go ahead with age
