I am mom of premature twins baby there birth weight was around 1.7 kg and now there weight is 4.3 kg they completed there 3rd month...they are on formula milk and now they have decreased the quantity of milk than before. Is it normal or any problem?

The weight gain of your both kids is going excellent right now so there is no problem with the weight gain of the kids and the feeding has gone down or something maybe there is one percent of a child that your child or both the kids could be having their teeth
