i am mom of 1month old i am experiencing frequent back pain .is there any solution to reduce the pain

A. thank you so much is feeding in sleeping position cause pain .I give frequently by lying down only as I am new

A. See sometimes a feeding posture is not correct sometimes when you are sitting also and the bank does not get proper support that time also it can happen if you had an epidural at the time of C-section surgery done that would also be the reason and for normal delivery normally there is no back when it’s only because of the wrong kaushik so you can keep a hot water bottle that is going to help and please do Keagle exercises that important
