i am miracle mom and baby is now 4 months old can I give him pacifier or not?

Pacifiers are not recommended to be given to the kids because it has very bad effects on to the gums of your child and also it’s very bad and filthy addiction which is why doctors don’t advise you to go ahead with giving it to the child especially when we talk about India
