Q.

I am lactating mother of 28days old child... can I eat coconut... I heard that eating coconut causes milk spit in kids... and I ate sweets yesterday

A. Yes you can eat coconut no issues. You can eat everything in moderate quantity just avoid extreme spicy oily and fried foods. Eat home cooked fresh foods abd fruits as well. Drink lots if water

A. I would recommend it avoid having sweet food if you want you can definitely have a little bit of coconut there is no harm in that but don't have to much of quantity it becomes heavy
