I am in third trimester. my foot is swollen. I have normal blood pressure. what should I do to get rid of my swelling?

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 4 years agoA. if your blood pressure is normal and also the blood investigations were within normal limits you just need to use a pillow or two pillow below your leg while sleeping which will help reduce the swelling soon
