I am in my 7th month starting .. have watery and white discharge frequently. Is it a problem?

Now your final tryhas been started and you have to maintain a proper diet because babies overall growth and weight gain depends on mother’s diet. Rather than this if you are having extreme discharge then you should consult with your gynaecologist.
