it is quite common that due to pregnancy and body changes there will be body pain in different posture as well as when the pregnancy is progressing. it is always advisable to take proper rest and have proper posture in sitting and sleep which will help in decreasing the pain and if it still continues please meet your doctor.

You can do pre natal yoga but only under a professional yoga teacher. you can eat dry fruits with honey. Also eat eggs and chicken and take chicken soup. You can also take vegetables soup. Please take lots of green vegetables and dairy products and soaked almonds on daily basis. Please eat iron and calcium rich food items and avoid maida or oily or outside food items. Continue with the supplements as suggested by your gynaecologist. Thanks and take care
