Q.

I am in my 31 weeks of pregnancy and had been taking corcium D3 as calcium tablets which I am taking one in a day. is it of or do I need to take two?

A. Calcium tablet is meant to be taken actually once in a day only not more than that and D3 is supposed to be taken once in a week for not more than three months at a stretch rest you’ll have to go ahead with water Dr suggesting because D3 is a very tricky supplement so you please take it only as per your doctors advice and recommendation
