I am in my 1st trimester and my quality of sleep is low. I find myself sleeping for long hrs but it's very disturbed. some advice on how to improve sleep quality

A. for sleeping you should have a proper sleep do not take any kind of stress also take a good diet for yourself and if any symptoms are there consult your doctor was do not worry for this
