I am in 7 th month, and despite having good diet and iron tablet daily, my haemoglobin is 11.5 . what to do to increase it.

A. 11.5 is good n satisfactory .. no worries, continue with iron supplement. One should have plenty of water or fluid intake, lods Of green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits, dry fruits, dairy, protien in diet.
