i am in 2month of pregnancy n have headache.neurology doctor advised to take naxdom 250 for migraine is it safe should I take it

A. Hello dear What is the reason for headache? Is It a migraine? I will suggest you to use a simple paracetamol first. Did you inform your doctor about your pregnancy?
