Q.
I am having little cold & cough... can i take paracetamol or grilinctus syrup... do it have any side effect on my 2.5 month old baby

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 8 yr old boy6 years agoA. I would advise you to only take paracetamol. simple Cetirizine can be given for cold. use saline gargles for coughing. you can also take home remedies like turmeric milk honey Tulsi Ginger combination with water

Nihita mittalMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy6 years agoA. good morning definitely most of the medication is not allowed during the period of lactation it is not considered to be safe for the child at all I will recommend you to please consult your doctor before using any medicine for the baby
