Q.

I am having a anxiety issues. Doctor suggested me to take petril md 0.25(1 tablet in the night) for 2 months.After stopping the tablet anxiety symptoms are again occurring.

A. Mam anxiety can be treated with medicines for the time being but not permanently you need to go for yoga exercise exercises medication meditation these only things are going to be helpful also you need to take the stress out of your head that’s giving you anxiety
