I am having 101 fever and am breast feeding... my doctor suggested hifenacp.. but it does not seem to work, is there any other medicine I can take.

A. paracetamol 500. My gynecologist recommended it even when I was pregnant. it's safe for breastfeeding mothers also. u can search on Google also

A. Crocin is the best and the safest medicine to be taken so you can take this you can take it again after six hours if your temperature is rising this is going to be good take proper rest and slowly the fever will start reducing
