I am giving microcar 50 and mucolite drops to my 1 month 12 days old kid..he has started to poop very often..should I stop giving the medicine

If the child is pooping quite often maybe there is some another reason associated with that I don’t think so it’s because of the medicine that you are giving but just to be more sure and clear about it you should get examined with your doctor to have further clarity on the situation
