You can mix flavours and add varieties from 9 months of age like you can start mix vegetable khichdi,Veg daliya , Dal chapati blended,curd rice,mix veggies puree,mix fruits puree,egg yolk,egg omelette,vegetable chillas,paneer,cheese, also all seasonal fruits and vegetables allowed.
