I am giving cow milk to my child who is 4.5 months old Is it safe? Also do tell how does the swelling see into the stomach

Mam it is not advisable at any cost to give animal milk under the age of 12 months swelling in the tummy if you are mentioning can be associated with that because it has numerous side-effects so you should avoid giving it and consult your doctor please
