Q.

I am giving budesonide inhaler medicine as suggested by our doctor from past one month to my five year old kid. She stopped asking for food from then saying stomach pain, vomiting sometimes, headache sometimes. Are these side effects of the medicine? Is there anything to worry about? Still she needs two more months medication. Should I ask our doctor about this?

A. Yes you should because if the medicine is causing stomach ache, loss of appetite then it definitely needs to be called out. Get back to your doctor, and consult, see if the current medicine can be replaced
