I am giving biovitamins syrup and vitamin D3 syrup to my 1 month 15 days old baby is it causes too much gastritis to my baby? shall I stop it or continue

See the medicines do not create gas problem you’re having a misconception as gas is completely normal with kids from the time of birth itself whether you give breastfeeding or formula feeding or medication you’re giving it is going to be there so it’s not because of the medicines that you’re giving and you should continue with
