Take protein with breakfast lunch and dinner like daal, sprouts, beans, oats, paneerC milk, curd, soya..
Have dry fruits but soak them before consuming ...

The same isn't true if you're short of your recommended weight gain by the second trimester. Maintain healthy diet for proper weight gain. Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated. Thank you.
