I am first time mother of a 4 months baby boy. Foreskin of his pennis do not retract yet. My mother in law says it should open by now. They advice to put oil n blow. I do this bt not sure how to do it and whether I should do it or not. I read on internet that we should leave it alone it will open by it self after 4-5yr. Plz advice.
