Q.

I am feeling so much gas in my stomach and it's very uncomfortable feeling and not able to eat properly because of this. please suggest all the time I feel very heavy. please suggest

A. dear have fresh home cooked food small frequent 5-6 meals instead of big 3 meals do not skip breakfast common food that may aggravate gas like raddish cauliflower broccoli whole beans pulses like Rajma chana should be consumed in divided portion and preferably daytime avoid high fat and oily food, processed junk, packet food good fluid intake, ajwain and jeera water curd intake is beneficial physical activity, exercise helps to relieve gas
