Q.
I am facing issue while breast feeding for my 10 days old baby due to my flat nipples. I have used nipple shield also, but can't help myself. Is there any other way to extend my nipples naturally?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. You can use the suction from a breast pump to help draw out a flat or inverted nipple. Pulling back on your breast tissue may help when breastfeeding with flat nipples or inverted nipples. Use A nipple shield is a flexible, nipple-shaped shield that fits over a mother’s flat nipple andd areola. Practice V-hold- uses your forefinger and middle finger to create a scissor like shape around your areola and nipple.

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children3 years agoA. good evening you may definitely continue using nipple shield for your child and apart from that I would also recommend that you should try using a nipples puller for your enlargement of nipples
